Historic building features, luxurious spa facilities, central location with attractions nearby
The parking services were chaotic at best!!! The outdated room furnishings and poor soundproofing left a lot to be desired. It's baffling that a hotel at this price doesn't have in-room coffee making facilities!!!

Exceptional dining and friendly staff
The staff was extraordinarily accommodating, responding promptly when I requested an iron. The stunning pool, complemented by a tranquil ambiance, provided a serene escape during my busy stay.
Unfortunately, the shower stall leaked water onto the bathroom floor, which could be hazardous. some of the room furnishings felt a bit outdated, detracting from the overall luxury experience.

Mixed feelings about this
The luxurious spa facilities and elegant furnishings of my room added a comforting touch to my stay. Staff were professional and courteous, always showing readiness to assist.
Alas, the unreliable parking services and inconsistent soundproofing detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. Late breakfast service was disappointing, which shouldn't be the case for a hotel of this caliber.

Recommend it for couples seeking luxury
The historic building gives off this lavish vibe it's almost intoxicating while the spa was a breath of fresh air after a long day of activities. I was blown away by how the staff remembered our dietary preferences at breakfast, they went above and beyond.
Yeah it wasn’t cheap but honestly it’s still worth it
