Historic building features, luxurious spa facilities, central location with attractions nearby

The parking services were chaotic at best!!! The outdated room furnishings and poor soundproofing left a lot to be desired. It's baffling that a hotel at this price doesn't have in-room coffee making facilities!!!

Exceptional dining and friendly staff

The staff was extraordinarily accommodating, responding promptly when I requested an iron. The stunning pool, complemented by a tranquil ambiance, provided a serene escape during my busy stay.

Unfortunately, the shower stall leaked water onto the bathroom floor, which could be hazardous. some of the room furnishings felt a bit outdated, detracting from the overall luxury experience.

The gym was large and rarely crowded. The spacious room had a fabulous jacuzzi bath! Loved the design.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend getaway in Katowice with fantastic value. The breakfast/dining area was very nice and luxurious! Avoid sleeping with your windows open if you want a quieter night.
